The Android Go-powered smartphone will sell for crazy cheap.
Xiaomi is doubling down on Android Go. Though they have something great in store for the release of their forthcoming midrange flagship, the Redmi Note 7, they aren’t pulling punches with their tease of Redmi Go coming to the Philippines.
Taking to their Facebook, Xiaomi has posted this picture, attached with the hashtag #GoSmartDoMore.
Filipino Tech site Revü basically confirmed that the tease was, indeed, about the Redmi Go.
The Nancy Drews of their community has fished the following listing off of Lazada, detailing the specs and other key information about Redmi Go.

How much is the Redmi Go priced in the Philippines?
Though no official has been made yet as of this writing, we’re positively certain that the Redmi Go will go out no higher than PHP 6,000.
As seen in leaks, there are two expected color variants—blue and black.
Where can I buy the Redmi Go in the Philippines?
When it finally releases (soon, as we take from Xiaomi’s recent teasers for it), the new Redmi Go is going to be available in Xiaomi’s primary sales channels. That includes their authorized stores and resellers, as well as online merchants.

As for online stores, there’s always Lazada’s LazMall. And given Revu’s discovery, it looks like Xiaomi is simply working to settle some stuff and the phone will go live there.
